To ensure the highest standard of safety, comfort, and seamless logistics across our regional borders, the following booking cut-off times apply to all reservations:
- Domestic Day Tours (Within North Macedonia): Reservations must be completed at least 18 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Cross-Border International Tours (Kosovo, Serbia, Albania, Greece): Reservations must be completed at least 24 hours prior to departure. This allows our team sufficient time to finalize necessary international vehicle licensing, border manifestos, and guide scheduling.
Last-Minute Inquiries (Within the Cut-Off Window):If you are looking to book a tour for tomorrow and the online booking window has closed, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
